Sample Return Program

Samples are one of the easiest places for waste to build up in our industry. A material sample serves its purpose in a few weeks on a project, then too often goes to landfill. We would rather have it back. Our sample return program lets you send Poppy samples back to us so they can be reused instead of thrown away.

Who can return samples

Anyone can return samples to Poppy. You do not need to be an existing customer or a trade account. If you have a Poppy sample you no longer need, we want it back.

What we accept

We accept any Poppy material samples, in any quantity. There is no minimum and no special packaging required.

How to return your samples

You have two easy options:

  1. Request a return label

    Email us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. Pack up your samples, attach the label, and send them on their way.

  2. Send them yourself

    If you prefer, you can ship samples back to us at the address below using any carrier you like.

What happens to your returned samples

When samples come back to us, we sort them. Anything still in good condition is reused, so it can do its job again on another project. Samples that are no longer usable are recycled or responsibly handled rather than sent to landfill.

No deadline

There is no time limit on returns. Whether a sample has been on your shelf for a week or a year, we are glad to take it back whenever it has served its purpose.
