Returns and Exchanges Policy
Wallpaper and Commercial Orders
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wallpaper rolls, commercial panels, or yardage orders. If you have extra material remaining after your project, we strongly recommend storing it as attic stock.

Wallpaper Sample Returns
We gladly accept returns of wallpaper samples. To initiate a wallpaper sample return, please:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your samples at sales@poppyprintstudio.com.

Upon approval, we will send you a return shipping label.

Once samples are returned and confirmed in good condition, your payment will be credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to reach out to our customer service team via email.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for approved wallpaper sample returns. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Eligibility for Returns
In very rare circumstances we can approve residential roll returns. This is on situation by situation basis. To qualify for a return, items must be: Unopened, Undamaged, In original packaging, In the exact condition you received them. In the event that a return is approved you, the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping cost as well as a 25% restocking fee.
